If you fear losing your contacts or groups, it is a good idea to backup your contacts/groups. Follow the instructions below to make a backup:
1. Log into your AU email.
2. Click on Mail and then Contacts at the top left of your email.
3. Click on More.
4. Select Export.
5. Choose either The group and the group you want OR All contacts.
6. Leave it on Google CSV.
7. Click Export.
8. Save it.
If something happens to your contacts, you can just import the information from this file. You will want to do the export again whenever you add more contacts or make more groups in order to have an updated backup copy.
