This issue has been resolved as of September 22, 2016
The LexMark Testing and Grading software, available in ITS in Decker, is currently not working. Data for courses is not being pulled into the system by Lexmark. Lexmark technicians have confirmed ITS has the correct data in the correct location to be picked up. Lexmark is working to resolve this problem.
In the meantime, IRC staff are working on alternatives so tests can still be graded. Please contact the ITS Help Desk if you have questions.
