ITS received a couple of complaints that calendars shared with email addresses outside of AU only showed free/busy when in the past appointment details were seen. We were not aware of any changes that had been made and everything looked fine. However, a deeper search of logs revealed that at approximately 2:35pm on August 19, ITS staff inadvertently changed a setting which caused externally shared Google calendars to only show free/busy, as had been reported. The setting was changed back around 7:30am on August 23. The correction may take up to 24 hours to propagate to all AU accounts.
