Raven Mobile Safety is an emergency alert system capable of delivering messages to your Anderson University and personal email addresses, as well as your office and cell phone. To confirm your contact information, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to alert.anderson.edu
Step 2: Login using your AU network username and password (the information you use for AccessAU/Canvas/MyAU)
Step 4: Review all your personal information and add, drop, or edit your personal contact information as needed.
Step 5: Underneath the Anderson University logo there is a banner where you will confirm your mobile number. If this information is correct you will need to click 'confirm.'
Step 6: After you hit 'confirm' a text will be sent to your mobile device. This text will contain a 4-digit code, put this number in the 'confirmation code' box. Then hit 'continue.'
Step 7: The next page will tell you that you have successfully added your mobile device to your contact list. Hit 'done.'
You have successfully completed the initial process and can come back at any time to update your information.
